  2. Add these categories to a list on your phone, and decide what to add from each category when you get to the store. This allows you to pick what is seasonal and looks the freshest.

  3. These lists aren’t exhaustive. Be open-minded and add things you’ve never tried before. Use this chart to inspire you. Ever tried kohlrabi? It’s a brassica. How about endives? They are a leafy green that is delicious when roasted. Are plantains available? They are a delicious alternative to potatoes. Just slice and fry in butter.
